Hi! You are likely here because I have upset/offended/distressed you. (Thank you Akuz for the Terrance Mephesto pfp!)

I know the story. But it's stupid. And it's inaccurate to her original lore. What part of Tomb Raider actually needs dumb shit like this? Why does ANYONE want to see or even benefit from seeing Lara in a penguin outfit and digging with parents who literally were supposed to have disowned her for doing the very choices that made her a tomb raider? It's so redundant and stupid and pointless.
English

@Valphrex @QE3FromTheVA @JillValendyke @merychxrry Maybe cuz she was a CHILD on a dig with HER PARENTS & they made a small place for her to dig & feel like she was helping them & happen to actually find something. It's pretty much explained so if you stop hating on her, you would know.

Ladies and gentlemen, take a quick walk with me.
This is a jade necklace.
A jade necklace that Lara Croft herself found on one of her father’s digs, at 5 years old, in penguin pajamas.
Now, some want her to get rid of, throw away, destroy a childhood memory.
Sick bastards

@torturamente What children are coming up to adults and saying, "Hello, please groom me." Like... Am I in crazy town?
English

@Miwut_ouo A crossdresser. If she still identifies as a woman but dresses like a femboy, then she is not trans, she is a crossdresser.
English

@ligiainchains The last thing I think of when I look at the Crystal Dynamics Lara of the present or past is "sex" or "attraction". I don't even feel basic excitement.
English

@lava_shuttle @Kitti3_SFW Couldn't agree more. Or the transphobes wanna fuck us and hate themselves for it and feel like they have to overcompensate.
English

@Valphrex @Kitti3_SFW If gender is what's in your pants like they say, then it makes sense that a lot of transphobes are dicks, cunts, or assholes.
English

Yes. Nothing teaches a bully faster than retaliation. But it also teaches your child to have a stiff upper lip, and to be brave enough to stand up for themselves in life. Not everybody is going to care about them, they need to learn that early on. If they crumple and cry under fear or pressure, they are more likely to be used or seen as weak by others. Or worse, a people pleaser.
English

I always thought Lara had black sunglasses in this Tomb Raider 3 cover, but they are actually red!

@_sorrengailll Not usually, no. I only block them under very specific circumstances. I post things that are crazy, rude, and provocative sometimes, but I won't tolerate racism, pedophilia, or nazi behavior. There is a line, but you have to be dramatically bad for me to block you.
English

@sen_xxii @KaiKai2492 Nah, the furry thing was a low blow. I actually have furry friends and I don't actually care. I was just being difficult.

Guy: "Wow watching Diana play with toys is so cute, it makes me want a daughter"
Absolutely miserable people: "Um, stop objectifying them, they aren't toys. If you think this is how raising a child actually is you probably shouldn't have a kid"
I don't understand how people on the internet can be both this delusional and miserable. What has led to your brains being so rotted that you twist a guy innocently being inspired to want children into a bad thing.
Ya'll are weird.
The Vegapunk of Hyenas@Yeenie_Mcbeenie
I don’t like the way you guys talk about children. Like, they aren’t toys.

I kind of like bickering because I enjoy the fire of it, but I don't mind having discussions either. It's just rare to come on here and post a genuine opinion without people rushing in thinking they're social justice heroes. So I learned from a pretty early age (I was in the early era of the internet when things were WAY more lawless than they are now) to not let people get under my skin.
English

@Valphrex @Tort77019 @uncburgmoney @KaiKai2492 If we, as a people, can have a genuine discussion, I'm more than happy to talk instead the bickering on twitter that gets us nowhere. I don't know. I feel like people making it more complicated than it needs to be. I'm just trying to pay rent out here people are fighting.
English

@sen_xxii @Tort77019 @uncburgmoney @KaiKai2492 Dude, I actually like you. lmao I didn't expect to think you're cool.
English

I agree. Being gay and procreations are not even in the same situation. You can be gay and not want children or adopt children. I don't see a point in banning a whole group of people from doing something they want to do based on the assumption they can't do something they may not even want to do in the first place.
English

@Valphrex @RealPostFolder experience procreation and even love which was a motivation for the two different sexes(each with its unique characteristics) to mate and reproduce for survival
Yes, Unfortunately not everyone can procreate, However, I feel that's a separate issue that can definitely be solved.
English

Okay. If you are bored, I will indulge you, because I am also bored.
Yes, if I acted like this in real life, it would annoy the people around me. Which I won't lie, I can be absolutely insufferable in real life as well. But usually my close friends see me as funny when I go on one of my rants, whether they agree or not. I am very opinionated. Most of my friends are a lot more relaxed than I am. I tend to attract blunt, but chill people. So when I get too intense for them, they'll usually be like, "Bro, it's okay. Calm down." And we'll chill and do something else. Lmao But on the internet? I can be a gremlin and I fully lean into it. I enjoy the competition of it. It's not really a popularity thing, it's just something that makes me feel alive.
English

@sen_xxii @KaiKai2492 But I mean... I'm sitting here with a Terrance Mephesto pfp, so perhaps I'm being an asshole here.
English

@eugny196958443 @GoldBellClips "Torture"? Please. You're just using emotional language to get people to clutch at their pearls.
English

@GoldBellClips Whatever message the father thinks he is sending, what he is definitely doing is breaking the bond of trust between parent and child, and once thats gone, it can never be recovered.
Whatever his faults, this kid will never again trust his father not to torture or hurt him.
