@MallofEmirates I am yet to get a call from anyone at @samsunguae_ or @Samsung or @jackysuae who perhaps run the Samsung Store in MOE Dubai. Still frustrated and sorry that I bought a 7k AED worth Z Fold

@SamsungSupport I am not sure if it helps but I spoke to 800-SAMSUMG, when the SOP is to find reasons to reject large warranties can't help much.. unlike an iPhone where it is an immediate replacement 😟
