Just heard @advsanjoy saying (and I couldn’t agree more) that the Brits used to rule India with two main agencies— the army and the bureaucracy. When the country was partitioned and the Brits were leaving, they gave the army to Pakistan and the bureaucracy to India to rule.

Many students I knew in Law School, who I wrote off, people who flunked, took repeats, were suspended, basically written off by most as “losers” are today the rockstars in the world of law-some heading law firms, some top General Counsels and a few even Judges! In the race of life, they have ‘beaten’ people like us who were in the top end. The point being, please don’t let pressures in law school get to you.
