@vampsob What got me into WoW personally was the old pre-Legion Horde and I honestly feel like post BfA, Horde kinda lost most of its identity.
I do agree with the sanitization being an issue. A similar fate has befallen my beloved Dragon Age

I’m fine with WoW having cozy aspects, it’s a comfort game to many people, myself included. But what I’m NOT fine with is completely erasing the harsher grittier part of the game that made WoW appealing to so many and focusing too much on cozy core vibes.

The discourse around Zul'jans fate reminds me of the time before the 'War of Thorns' patch released and players still didn't know who or what would cause the burning of Teldrassil. But almost everyone said the same thing:
"It can't just be Sylvanas right?"
"Surely Blizzard isn't gonna have the Horde be the main instigators of a war again, RIGHT?"
And then Blizzard did the exact thing that people said they wouldn't do because it was just too 'predictable'. Zul'jan and troll enjoyers definitely have reason to worry ...

@SuperomegaI @hyunlochlain Imo WoD was somewhat excusable because the development of that expansion was infamouly a mess and most stuff that was planned for it got cut, so the little we actually got was obviously not the original vision
