✔️ Track everything: Every person you meet, every collab you manage — write it down. Build a contact list with names and roles. This becomes your biggest asset over time.
✔️ Negotiate smart: As a beginner, you might start with post-mint pay (risky but useful for building your rep). Once you have proof of work, ask for upfront or weekly pay based on results.
✔️ Go the extra mile: Don’t just do the job — do it well. Make your founders’ lives easier. Bring collabs, share updates, and be reliable. That’s how referrals happen.
