Did you read the comments above ? Did you listen to that video also ? Fasting, grounding, enriching the body with oxygen and alkalising. Also i recommend start microdosing baking soda mixed in hot (not boiled) water – it kills cancerous cells. There is also such thing as frequency healing. Look it up..
