Does anyone know where I can buy wire LED lights with this connection? Need to change the cool white for a warmer one. The white bit is about 1cm long.

@carl_D_F Hi Carl, we're really sorry to hear this. The 50,000 hour lifespan is an estimate based on continuous use. There are various factors that can impact this like on/off frequency, heat distribution etc. You can get in touch with cs@wled.co.uk for a warranty replacement.

A friendly word of advice on customer service for @WLEDLightsUK when a customer returns a product (for the very first time after being a customer for years) don’t say “we can’t find a fault and won’t refund or replace”. For the sake of a few pounds, you’ve now lost a customer.
