A fascinating meeting. We discussed the problem of hate crime against homeless people...and began laying plans for our next major event, which we hope will be in the Black Country later this year. @anthea_mcintyre @NeenaGmep

As co-chair of the all -party @WMidsTogether I send love and prayers to the good people of New Zealand. We stand with you at this time of sickening violence and blind hated. We must not let this poison take hold, we must never let this evil win.

Events in New Zealand have demonstrated the sickening depths some fanatics will stoop to when driven by blind hatred and irrational fear. We at West Midlands Together stand with the good people of New Zealand in vowing that this poison must not take hold, this evil must not win.

Shocked that there have been 5,342 cases of disability hate crime in the West Midlands in the past year why is this the case in 2018. I believe things need to be done to attempt to stop this type of hate crime & @ypnetworkHerefd will be working to change thus @bbchw @newsynicola
