Is Geoff saying that the Tush Push is a legal play? Or is he saying it's okay that it's an illegal play because infractions exist on other unrelated plays too? Because I've seen multiple reports and interviews where refs straight up admit that they can't see the ball or where players are due to how scrunched everyone is I've seen it where the guy on TV talking about rules will even tell you there are often multiple infractions on these plays, and that the refs don't have the luxury of seeing the 'overhead camera' in real time so they can't call fouls based on guesses. Everyone knows the play isn't legal lol, even die hard Philly fans, but unless a ref can see the infraction in real time, they have to let it go -- it's already annoying enough when refs guess on penalties and are wrong about PI's and other things, don't need it to start happening here
