every year our department @UNCWilmington does a “sidewalk chemistry“ event where we blow stuff up, and other cool chemistry experiments. This year our lab added cocktail ( mocktail) chemistry and it was a hit !

We did an alumni outreach event last night called “cocktail chemistry” and i’m super happy with how our jello-shot petri dishes turned out. expertly inoculated with sprinkles by Julia and Shannon and kudos to my grad students Emma and Sarah for their help!
