( سمح الباميه المطبوخه جيدا وبدون طماط اللي يسبب ارتجاج المريء والحموضة ) سمح بالبصل لحمية اللحم واخراجها من القدر ولا تؤكل . —— لما يتنظف الامعاء وتتشافا يكن مفعول الدواء او المدخلات ١٠٠/١٠٠ لان الامعاء امتصاصها علي ( في حال الأمعاء غير النظيفه وفيها التصاقات لا تعمل الادويه بربع كفاءتها ) لانها لم تهضم . لذلك لابد من الوعي بالأكل ومراقبت هظمه والعلامات التحسسية اكل ثمرة فاكهه لا تخلط اكل طبق بروتين لا تخلط نوعين !!!!!! ،،، لما تطلع حبه بالجلد راجع ماذا أكلت بالأمس علاج الاشياء الجلديه بالمراهم للاستشفاء ( الصيام )
