Exciting News from the Wake Forest Interventional Pain Team! We’re proud to share that two of our collaborative research submissions have been selected for presentation at the upcoming AAPM&R Annual Assembly—a national stage that highlights the most impactful work in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Podium Presentation – Top Tier Recognition Dr. Galang, Dr. Bintrim, Dr. Patel, Jane Keilitz PA-C, and Emily Deschler MS-2 will be giving an invited podium presentation for their case report: “60-day Peripheral Nerve Stimulation for the Treatment of Cervicogenic Headache and Occipital Neuralgia.” Podium presentations are reserved for the highest-ranking submissions—this is a tremendous honor and a testament to the quality of their work. Poster Presentation – Advancing Innovation Dr. Galang, Dr. Patel, and Emily Deschler MS-2 will also present their work via poster: “60-day Peripheral Nerve Stimulation for the Treatment of Cluneal Neuropathy in a Patient with Multiple Sclerosis.” This presentation continues our mission to push the boundaries of what’s possible in interventional pain medicine.
