There are some rumours around a vulnerability in Xdebug's xdebug.remote_connect_back functionality: bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=761… and github.com/rapid7/metaspl… — this is not a bug, but please do not install Xdebug in an *open* production environment. Use firewall and/or ssh tunnels.
