Yes. The rude woman at the till was quick to share a number 0782 691 353, “kankuwe esimu ya manager omukubireko akusalireko zoyina okusasula”. I told the “manager”, that I would pay the said 38,000/- parking fee (even when in doubt of it too). But the man said, “ok you pay 40,000/-“…little did I know that they needed the clamping fee. Actually the receipt had clamping fee paid. Meaning, the next time the same car is found parked on the street, and the 38,000/- still stands, there will be another 40k clamping fee! …and the @KCCAED and @KCCAUG don’t see this broad day thuggery!🤦🏽‍♀️🥹
