Treasury funds have been sent to a new 2 of 3 multisig, all signers are cold wallets in different locations (and countries). 4hr time lock. The 5% treasury split on all taxes will be diverted there onchain as well as all upgrade auths moved over in the next day or so. Rebalancing program is now live and being tested on devnet - once complete we begin work on the Futarchy program. Laying the foundations 🧪
