We’re very happy to see our work developing what we think is a new state-of-the-art approach to develop high-grade serous ovarian cancer organoids now out in Developmental Cell. The efforts were brilliantly driven by @wojtsen with the support of many great collaborators. (1/3)

Finally, limitations of the work: 1. We still don't know how to grow 45% of HGSC samples as organoids in a long-term. Probably a 3rd medium will be needed🤷 2. More extensive in vitro/in vivo drug response correlation study is needed for #precisionmedicine applications (15/n)
