@whitefoxoffish really disappointed by the lack support on my first order. I tried to return items just outside of the UK window and would’ve gladly taken store credit. US gets 30 days but UK gets 14? Confusing and inconsistent, and a bad first impression. Please contact me.

@RoyalMailHelp I got an email from Royal Mail that my White Fox package was in transit on Wednesday 23/04/25 and that delivery was expected 10:40am-2:40pm. My item did not come & I still have not received it. WF did Express Shipping so it should here. order number OL522443755GB
