On 3 March, Whitminster Cricket Club attended a special event at Whitminster Pavilion as HRH The Princess Royal visited to mark the 100th anniversary of the Gloucestershire Playing Fields Association, meeting local pupils and community groups. A memorable day for all involved.

Yesterday whilst hopefully searching for the Hooded Merganser in the Frampton area I was amazed to find this little cracker. 1st for 16 years in the Vale. It has been extensively searched for from dawn today but has wisely moved on. Unpopular opinion but I miss them #GlosBirds

🏏 INDOOR UPDATE🏏 Last night, our Gloucester Indoor team played their final league game of the season. After another win, Whitminster CC finish top of Division 3. 👏🏻 As a result, we progress straight through to the Division 3 Promotion Final next Tuesday. 👊🏻

🏏 INDOOR UPDATE🏏 On Sunday evening our ladies team were back in action for their second fixture in the Indoor League. It was a great opportunity to hone our skills against an experienced opposition. The result didn’t go our way but we’re excited to be back next week. 👊🏻

🐎 RACE NIGHT 2026 🐎 On Friday night, club members, family and friends gathered for our 2026 fundraising Race Night. Thank you to everyone who attended and to all those who organised a fantastic evening.
