During onboarding, the manager said,
“We sometimes stay late during peak periods.”
Gen Z nodded.
Then asked,
“Is that paid… or just expected?”
The room went quiet.
- No attitude.
- No rebellion.
- Just a question.
Later that day, HR mentioned “growth opportunities.”
Gen Z replied,
“Does growth include raises, or just more responsibility?”
Again, silence.
- No laziness.
- No entitlement.
- Just clarity.
That’s when the team realized something.
When people say
“Gen Z is lazy,”
what they really mean is:
Gen Z watched old generation
- skip meals,
- miss birthdays,
- work weekends,
- and burn out
only to be told
“budgets are tight”
and “be grateful you have a job.”
So Gen Z chose differently.
- They don’t romanticize overwork.
- They don’t confuse suffering with ambition.
- They don’t trade health for praise.
They still work hard.
They just refuse to work for nothing.
It’s not laziness.
It’s pattern recognition.
And honestly,
after everything old generation went through…

What do you call an ideology that literally violates all 10 of the 10 Commandments?
- 1st commandment: “I am God and you shall have no other gods before me”
The perversion and eradication of biblical values to push hedonistic immoral agendas is a staple in “modernized” religious doctrine.
- 2nd commandment: “You shall not make for yourself an idol or worship any other gods”
Woke priests and rabbis are ‘inclusive’ to ‘all faiths’ and invite satanists and pagan worshippers into holy spaces.
- 3rd commandment: “Do not say the Lord’s name in vein”
The endless mocking of religion and biblical values in every form of media is relentless. Even in a hyper ‘progressive’ society where no mocking is permitted the only one ‘permitted’ to mock is God.
- 4th commandment: “Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy”
There is no day where it’s socially acceptable to remember that God created the universe and rested on the seventh day. Despite acknowledging the scientific order yet merely stating it’s God induced will result in endless mockery… but only if you’re a Christian.
- 5th commandment: “Honor your father and your mother”
Colleges and schools across the west teach you to do the exact opposite of honoring your parents because your parents are racist fascists that aren’t progressive enough.
- 6th commandment: “You shall not murder”
In the United States alone, there are over 1 million abortions performed per year with over 99% of them done, purely due to convenience and under 1% being medical issues or rape cases.
- 7th commandment: “You shall not commit adultery”
Open marriages are completely socially accepted, and infidelity is more common in the modern day than in any age in all of history.
- 8th commandment: “You shall not steal”
In western nations, every time there is a leftist instigated ‘protest’ it always comes with a side dish of mass, looting, robbery, and vandalism with near zero prosecution of any of these criminals.
- 9th commandment: “You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor”
The mainstream media has reached ironic levels of falsehoods in almost every single story told biased and twisted to push propaganda and slander the enemy.
- 10th commandment: “You shall not covet anything that belongs to your neighbor”
Socialism is literally a system designed to covet the wealth and possessions of people that earned it and to “redistribute” it to people that didn’t. “Eat the rich” is literally the covetous slogan.
