@AllenSmithee6 We curdn't agree more. Green County is both the US Swiss Cheese Capital to us and an extremely important part of WI history! We actually have a "grate" article coming out this month about Green County's cheesemaking heritage, and we'll keep you posted as soon as it's published🧀

@WisconsinCheese It's a shame your history section on the website neglects any mention of Green County's contribution to the Wisconsin cheese industry; once called the "Cheese Capital of the U.S." But you use the Swiss alphorn to promote an Italian cheese maker, Sartori. Ugh.
