On Sunday, John Thune told Trump that Senate Republicans would support funding all of DHS except ICE. ICE funding could be handled later in a reconciliation bill. TSA agents would get paid and the security-line madness at airports would end. Trump said NO. He owns this chaos.

Rep Debbie Dingell said TSA should be under DOT, not DHS - and she's exactly right. Transportation safety should not be housed under the Department of Homeland Terror, I mean "security."
