So finally! I shut up my mind. Being filled with endless inner critical thoughts and a habit of procrastination, that always screams - "What's so special" I'm here! On X. Welcome to my first post.

My desire for that "one special day" has vanished. I see every day as a special day.

Complaints won't change my reality. But a positive attitude will.

@Wordsofraine I am changing in that sense too, feeling drawn to quieter experiences, a slower rhythm to life, lighter environments, calming spaces where my heart can breathe

Big things no longer excite me. It's the sound of raindrops, And changing sky That makes me feel alive again. (Just trying some poetry...)

@Lightof_Ikara Very true! Most of the things in life aren't in our control. But the choice of how we respond rather than how we react solely depends on our awareness.

I notice I have a choice in how I respond I can feel trapped by what I see I can tell myself that life happened to me When I stand in that place, the suffering continues Or I can step back and look at my life like an observer studying a journey... Who have I been in this life? What choices have I been making? What patterns have I repeated without realising it? And I begin to see what my life has been teaching me. I was participating in it all along. My choices My thoughts My responses All shaping the path I walked

Chaos and confusion are just part of life. Let go of all the bad memories. Let go of all the expectations. Just live and breathe! And feel grateful to be alive in this uncertain world. Good Tuesday🌷 #TuesdayThoughts
