Today our District Nurse Sarah has taken @JanSensier out on her morning visits. Allowing us to show the complexity of patients we see, the positive aspects to the care we provide and sharing constructive ideas/solutions to the daily challenges faced. @NottsHealthcare

Today our Nursing Associate Diane and Community Staff Nurse Courteney stopped to help a member of the public who had become unwell in his car. They contacted his family and ambulance providing reassurance. @NottsHealthcare @DOxborough @TowneClaire @AshmoreSarajane

Today we are celebrating Diane's 20 years of service to the NHS. What an achievement. Diane is our Nursing Associate and provides a smile to everyone. Congratulations 🍾🥳🙌

Today our team stood outside our office to pay respects to a patient who we visited for several years as her funeral procession passed by on her final journey. Goodbyes are always difficult for our team as we build relationships with our patients and their families.
