@AllisonPearson This is terrible news young people working their guts out in London for their 50k salary so they can pay for their shared room in a ex council flat. My daughter can’t even afford to learn how to drive and is trying to save for a mortgage! 40% tax I detest the Labour Party!

If you earn over £50,270 a year you will now pay 40% tax even if things are tight for your two-child family and the cost of living is horrendous. If you have six children, Labour will now give you £14,000 extra. What was that about Fairness? #Budget
