I used to know Jack, back in the day. He was always kind, he was generous with his spirit, he supported others. He’s as big of a heart as you’ll find. He was exactly the kind of person you wanted to succeed. I don’t think I’ve loved a series this much this century. Perfection.

Working from home glumness was lifted by the memory of an old role this week: running the Philip Russell Travel Scholarship at Kingston University, and getting to do the selection at Dorich House in Dora Gordine's amazing top floor flat surrounded by incredible art.
