Oh does it? Does everyone who follows him support him? Same goes for Maryam Rajavi. I follow Reza Pahlavi and Khamenei on twitter. That doesn’t mean I support them. Following someone doesn’t mean you endorse them.
Furthermore, following Maryam Rajavi in Iran gets you the charge of mohabereh, of which the penalty is death. There is no risk of following Pahlavi.

A 16-year-old Turkish-Kurdish schoolgirl was allegedly raped by an Arab boy and subsequently sexually assaulted by eight others.
They alleged filmed the assaults and used the footage to blackmail her.
Additionally, the group reportedly attempted to persuade the victim's YOUNGER SISTER to meet with them.
And it was allegedly not even reported, in an effort to cover for the muslim boys. One staff member reportedly said it's not a crime for a girl to have sexual relations with several boys.
