John Skyler says he and Jason Hotch were "job scared" in TNA Wrestling before aligning with Mustafa Ali:
"It shows the progress, right? Because when me and Jason (Hotch) were first kind of thrown together as a team four years ago, it was, ‘Hey, there’s this veteran and this kid that just won the Gutcheck, they kind of look alike, let's see what they offer as a team.’ And that was about the direction we were given.
"I would dare say, yeah, at one point we were kind of directionless in TNA. Didn’t know what the future was gonna hold, we were actually kind of job scared at one point, not knowing if we were gonna last and survive. And then came Mr. (Mustafa) Ali, and we went from being directionless to having a purpose.
"That’s where the name change came from, going from ‘Good’ to ‘Great’ because Mr. Ali made us great again. And then we got to show the world over the last 12-16 months just how great we can be.
"You said it yourself, The Rascalz, The Hardys, The System, Elijah, Cedric Alexander, so many others we’ve been in the ring with, and every time Order 4 steps in that ring, we hit a home run. No matter where it is, no matter where we are on the card, where the match is, I feel like every segment we’ve had has been a home run.
"To put a button on this answer, we started off as Good Hands, now we’re The Great Hands, and once we win the TNA World Tag Team Titles, you’ll just have to call us the best."
