@HiltonHonors Reported to the front desk and night manager said “sorry about that, I can send you a bottle of wine”. It was awful and nothing that any customer should experience in 5-star hotel. I was told hotel management will reach out, but it’s been several days and nothing

@HiltonHonors I am still waiting for The Biltmore Mayfair hotel management to reach us and discuss the incident during our stay last week. Maintenance person barged in to our room, with no knock, no annoucement, no notice. Just using their master key and open our room and walked in

@Kristi34492962 @RoyalCaribbean When called told it was a legitimate package. cruise planner it even says crown and anchor which is royal Caribbean. You guys seem to have a lot of “ glitches”you need to own up honor them. Prices are already high enough for all packages. Do the right thing

Tomorrow, along with 50,000 other runners, I will tow the start line of NY Marathon. I could use some motivating cheer-tweet tomorrow from my #sqlfamily. I will also carry @GEEQL in my heart. He was my biggest cheerleader on my running journey and I miss him so much!
