This afternoon, @joshsimonsmp is hosting a meeting in our local area to discuss the proposed ban of social media for under 16s. We discussed how this meeting is advocating for young people and the benefits a change could have. #courageousadvocates #advocatingforyoungpeople

We had a great afternoon at All Saints Church yesterday, learning all about the Easter Story ✝️⛪️

This morning, we headed outside to design our own settlements. We were given either a village, town or city to design and then had the challenge of developing and adding to our settlement to accommodate population increases.

We’ve started our new geography unit this week, looking into the development of settlements. We have discussed how physical features impact the success of a settlement, designing our own perfect settlement. 🌏🗺️

To end #BritishScienceWeek we visited the library and had a great discussion on how to #SmashtheStereotypes that exist within the world of science. We identified some of the stereotypes that exist and showed curiosity to discuss why they exist and the challenges they bring #BSW26

For our class worship today, we have discussed the #BritishScienceWeek question: “What makes children’s lives positive?” We came up with lots of fantastic ideas, showing curiosity to think carefully about what will benefit childhood. #BSW26

Happy British Science Week! Yesterday, we showed curiosity by investigating what materials it would be best to use to make a lunar rover. We used our knowledge of the moon and space from our science unit and designed our own lunar rover 🌒 🌙 #BSW26 #CuriosityinScience
