Avenue’s backend codebase is almost 1 lakh lines of code which I wrote in a year

@ramxcodes Plain anchor tag results in hard navigation in most SPA frameworks. Also I think any of the tags can be used, generally span is used with svg but each framework has diff ways to implement navigation and I think any plan html tags should be avoided.

If this was asked in your interview, what would be your answer?

right now everything in the world is telling you to go faster, ship more, add that feature, start another project so i'm actively working on feeling ok not doing any of that

When you work on a production system, you encounter really interesting customer requirements. Like, we developed a feature using which organizer can embed the events that they created in Avenue on their website. This is used by some organizers, and now we have onboarded 2 more organizers by showing this small feature. One of those organizers want to only show events on his website and completely remove them from ours. Basically, they only want to use Avenue's dashboard. Now, I'll be working on the backend of this feature. I am planning to maintain a flag that they can enable or disable from settings. @aayushchugh To be honest, I’m kind of messed up. For personal, I use a completely diff stack and editor than I do for work. Both are like earth and sky, nothing is similar.

@aayushchugh I mean your screen is small and still everything is fitting fine within 100 char. I have same prettier config but it looks ugly.
