Really loved this Copilot Studio session on building a Project Manager agent by @ZePowerDiver and Leoza Barker at #CPPS25. The secret was the Superprompt that they spent a LOT of time perfecting! Components of the Prompt: 1. From your “Project resource”, retrieve the “GUID” or “union_project” and use it as the “ProjectId”. 2. Use the “manager” to get information on the trigger requestor. 3. Parse the “issue” to gain an explanation of an intended action. 4. Extract the “action plan” from the request and summarize:         •        Key issues being addressed in the project and any action taken         •        Progress made, completed milestones, upcoming milestones         •        Key risks, their status, impact, and dependencies affected         •        Key change items, their status, and any dependencies affected  5. “Status”: How the team feels, project status, and project risk status 6. “Risk”: Parse current risks and mitigation steps.         •        Key risks that have emerged and are being monitored         •        Assign a risk level (low/medium/high) and explain the severity, probability, potential impact, and mitigation strategy 7. “Change”: Parse change items that may have emerged this week and overview impact         •        Key changes introduced, their status, and any dependencies affected 8. “Issue”: Issues faced by the team, impact on the overall project health and potential next steps. Ensure the reasoning is structured, actionable, and insightful, prioritizing the most relevant impact information.
