I'm somewhat walking back my previous decision. If I am online, it's to post one thing and then disappear into the Aether once again. I still miss the friends I once had here. But as it's become common-place in other spaces I'm still in, It doesn't hurt as much.

@MelloSawnARCH @Divine_Kalisa It's really not. I'd argue it's more woke to be pro-fic since part of it comes with being anti-puritan, and puritanism is always rooted in conservative/traditional values.

@jaceels2 Correction: Some of them genuinely were very dishonest. I'm proof. I became super honest after I used my Dad's credit card to make unsolicited purchases. The guilt of doing that, even if it was just 50 bucks, was far too much. I never wanna do something like that ever again.

@_kaivara_ Fictional characters can't be children. Children eventually become teenagers, which then become adults, over a set and consistent chronological time frame. No fictional character has ever done that. Ever.

They are young beings w/ sapience who haven't fully developed their bodies and vulnerable to emotional manipulation because they don't know better. Fictional characters' bodies don't develop.

@FurryXDYetAgain @SBCatt1127 @izutsumireal In fiction, kids commonly pretend to be adults. In real life, adults pretend ot be kids. Why are we acting like actions/mannerisms are indicative of age, now? Believe it or not, being mature/immature for your age is no a foreign concept.
