One of the best writing decisions in Avatar was making it so Zuko never figured out Lightning Generation, even after his redemption. It reinforced the restriction on the ability and zuko’s character at the same time.

@zmiziky @ZeldaZealot I agree completely. Lighting would only ever be used to kill so it makes sense Zuko wouldn’t use it, my point is really more that he should be able to do it by this point if he really needed too.

Whether or not Korra is a BETTER Avatar than Aang is subjective and debatable. Whether or not she is a STRONGER Avatar however, isn’t. That’s a canonical FACT. By the nature of succession within the Avatar cycle. Just as the next Avatar will be stronger than her.
