🧵 Pre-launch audit of leafsheep.xyz on #Sui — ran it through @zerodriftsec's AI security audit and it caught a Critical I would have shipped. The bug: the service fee could never be withdrawn. `FeeHouse.fee` stored `Balance` but the admin read it as `Coin`, so Sui's dynamic-field type check aborts every time.

🚨 URGENT ALERT: Kelp DAO's rsETH exploited for ~$292M via LayerZero bridge vulnerability. Attacker drained ~116,500 rsETH and used it as collateral to borrow 100M+ ETH on Aave (multi-chain). Lending protocols at risk of bad debt: Aave (frozen rsETH markets, $AAVE -11%) Compound (~$56M exposure) Euler & Fluid also affected Zero liquidity for rsETH on Ethereum right now. It may be tempting to view the @DriftProtocol incident as a single compromised step. In reality, the attack path appears to span multiple layers—across people, tools, and workflows—before any on-chain impact. None of the elements are entirely new. What stands out is how they were combined into a coordinated, multi-stage infiltration. As development becomes increasingly automated, these patterns are likely to become more common. Incidents like this are better understood holistically—not as isolated failures, but as breakdowns across the entire workflow and trust model.
