Grok 4.5 Build is awesome. It's great at web-based 3D rendering.

There's a parasite spreading through the US right now that you cannot wash off your food, cannot catch from another person, and will not feel for a full week after you've already eaten it. Michigan alone has close to 1,000 confirmed cases. It's called Cyclospora, and almost everything about how it works is backwards from what you'd expect. Start with the washing. The chlorine rinses that kill E. coli and salmonella on your lettuce do nothing to this. The parasite travels as an oocyst, a shell built to survive in soil and water, and it shrugs off standard produce sanitizer. Rinsing your salad is not enough. Cooking is the only reliable kill. Then the part that sounds impossible. You cannot catch it from a sick person, even one in your own house. A freshly shed oocyst is completely harmless. It has to sit out in the environment for one to two weeks to ripen before it can infect anyone. So it can never pass human to human. Every single case traces back to contaminated water or raw produce. That ripening window is also why you don't feel it for about a week after eating. By the time the explosive symptoms hit, the meal that carried it is long gone from memory, which is exactly why these outbreaks are so hard to trace. And it's a produce problem specifically. Cyclospora is endemic to warm tropical regions and hitches in on fresh imports eaten raw. Cilantro, basil, and berries have all been past culprits. It's why cases spike every summer. Which explains what Taco Bell actually did. They pulled the lettuce, guacamole, pico, and cilantro-onion. They kept the beef, the beans, the cheese. The raw produce was the only possible vector, and cooking neutralizes the rest. A parasite that's defenseless the second it leaves your gut, but spends a week in the dirt turning into a weapon.

JUST IN: Taco Bell removes some ingredients from menu as a parasite linked to “explosive” diarrhea spreads rapidly throughout the U.S.

I was having an issue where Grok Build thought my limit had been reached. However, the web interface said I was only using 6%. I tried these options. #2 worked. I was not going to try #3!

The Strait of Hormuz is open to all vessels seeking to lawfully transit the international waterway. U.S. forces are positioned and prepared to ensure that freedom of navigation remains available despite unwarranted Iranian aggression, harassment, threats, and arbitrary declarations. Iran does not control the strait. Traffic is flowing.

LEGACY MEDIA HAS A LONG HISTORY OF LYING ABOUT ELON MUSK Here are just a few examples of misleading or outright false headlines over the years: • “Elon Musk calls diver ‘pedo guy’ in unprovoked attack” (ignoring the full context of the Thai cave rescue exchange) • “Elon Musk is moving Tesla headquarters out of California over taxes and politics” (the plans had been in motion for years for operational reasons) • “Elon Musk is firing all content moderators and making Twitter unsafe” (most moderation changes were different from what was reported) • “Tesla is in danger of bankruptcy” (repeatedly claimed during difficult periods while the company was executing long-term plans) • Various headlines framing routine hand gestures or jokes as “Nazi salutes” or extreme political statements This pattern of distortion isn’t new. Legacy media has repeatedly twisted Elon’s words, actions, and business decisions to fit a negative narrative. The latest example with Grok 4.5 testing at Tesla and SpaceX is just the most recent case of the same behavior.

As usual, legacy media is misrepresenting the situation. I just asked Tesla & SpaceX to try out Grok 4.5 to see if it solves their task, not use it no matter what! They should continue to use other AI models if those models outperform Grok.

Women are the enemy of civilizations because their loyalty is to survival, not principles. Women’s moral conscience is lower than men’s because their psychological development is based on shame, not guilt. Men feel guilt as an inner punishment, while women feel shame as fear of outside judgment. Because of this, women’s behavior is driven by social survival rather than principles. This is why people say a woman has the prerogative to change her mind. This leads to a lack of accountability and an inability to accept the truth. No matter how well arguments are presented, women hate the truth. Women understand the world through their feelings, which causes shifting standards. Because of this lack of reason and logic, civilization cannot survive under female leadership. Men build and women consume. Men build civilization, while women build families. When women rise in power, civilization collapses, as the proverb says, “the hen does not herald the morning.” Women belong at the heart of the family because of reproduction. Men continue in their role as warriors, protectors, and providers at the family and national level. Women are supposed to support society through reproduction and promoting family, but they are not doing so. This is a failure of duty to society. The feminist desire to win without a clear goal and without understanding consequences weakens the state. The state becomes weak and is then conquered by stronger forces. Women should not vote or hold positions of national importance.

Scama’s entire brand is built on deception The man has a track record of lies, backstabbing, and betrayal that’s so consistent it might as well be his business model Almost every week there’s a new story of another person he “went dark” on – former allies, employees, partners, even the people who helped build what it is now The list of people who went from “best friend / close collaborator” to “thrown under the bus” is so long that you will never see someone’s history this bad Now look at everyone else operating at the same level: • Demis Hassabis — Focused, professional, no weekly scandals • Dario Amodei — You don’t hear this kind of constant drama • Sundar Pichai — Clean • Elon Musk — Builds from the ground up, sets the greatest standard in the industry, fights every battle in the open, and is the one leader you can actually trust But when it comes to Sama? It’s quite the opposite There’s always a new story. Lies. Deception. Fraud allegations. Ghosting people who trusted him. Lawsuits. NDAs used as weapons. The pattern is so loud you’d have to be willfully blind to miss it Even Apple, the most sacred walled garden, let their door open to this man. What did they get a year after? A deep backstab. Betrayal Now you tell me

I only use Grok 4.5 now. The /goal command in Grok Build is changing how I actually ship things. It is very fast. It plans the architecture, writes the code, spins up sub-agents, tests everything, fixes its mistakes, and runs autonomously until the goal is complete and verified. Ask Grok to write documentation for a full feature in a plan.md file. Then, have it create a ‘goal’ prompt for that plan and send it back using /goal
