Well it doesn’t work exactly like that. There are actual rules that cover eventualities like this. I’ll tell you. Just keep reading. The answer is in Article 13 of the Regulations for the FIFA World Cup 26. There are criteria that are applied in a strict order when things like this happen. First, FIFA will examine the matches between the tied teams only. They’ll check points won head to head, then goal difference in those games, then goals scored in those games. In a four-way tie this is usually where things separate, because it is almost impossible for every result between every team to be identical. But if it somehow is, and the head to head record cannot split them either, FIFA will move to the whole group and examine the overall goal difference. Then total goals scored across all matches. If it is still level, it will have to end with team conduct. There will be a fair play score calculated from the yellow and red cards each team received. The more disciplined team ranks higher and needless bookings accrued by players could be the difference between what keeps you in the tournament and what sends you home. And if all of that still fails to separate them, The final tiebreaker will be the most recent FIFA World Ranking. So in theory- and in our instant scenario, the four teams involved could play their hearts out across three matches, end up genuinely inseparable, and still be ranked by a combination of how many cards they collected and where they sat in the world rankings. Someway, somehow, very goal matters. Every booking matters. At a World Cup, nothing is ever truly meaningless. My name is Ajoje. I am a FIFA Licensed Agent and International Sports Lawyer. @Ba_Sitt @LilMoGh It means your team selected should win and not go down.. Your team should win immediately from start of the game .. it can concede but shouldn't come from behind.

Sportybet be 4kin waaa Never down option be scam I picked Never down for Switzerland They took the lead 1:0, Qatar equalized more slip spoil. I thought never down means the opponent can’t take the lead during the game So to them never down is same as Clean sheet

A FIFA World Cup host country must guarantee two fundamental principles: the safety of the country — and the unrestricted entry of all qualified teams, officials and referees. The case of referee Omar Artan from Somalia is against one of these obligations. FIFA must never compromise the universality of football. #Fifa #Somalia #GianniInfantino #CAF #OmarAtan #DonaldTrump

You would recall that I once said that the VAR could not intervene in matters involving yellow cards. Under the previous Laws of the Game, VAR could only correct a card shown to the wrong player when that player was on the same team as the actual offender. If a referee booked the right team but the wrong man, it could be reviewed. But what if the referee booked someone from the wrong team entirely? Under the old wording, that did not clearly fall within the protocol. However, now, under the Laws of the Game 2026/27, mistaken identity is now reviewable whenever the referee has shown the wrong player of either team a red card or yellow card, not just the offending one. Son Heung-min is at his fourth World Cup. He has refuses to call it his last. Does this man know something we don't? In June 2022, Son Heung-min played the entire World Cup qualifying cycle for South Korea with a fractured eye socket. He wore a protective mask. He scored two goals. He even assisted the 91st-minute winner against Portugal that sent South Korea into the Round of 16. For South Korea, the man plays through things that would end other players' seasons. He made his World Cup debut in 2014. He was 21 at the time. South Korea went out in the group stage. In 2018, he scored against Mexico and Germany but South Korea still went out. In 2022, under enormous individual pressure, he carried a team into the knockouts. Now he is 33. Playing for LAFC in MLS, having left Tottenham after eleven years. When asked whether this is his last World Cup, he gave an answer that tells you everything about who he is. "I've never once defined it as my last one myself. People are free to say whatever they want. But my own thoughts matter. I'll make the decision myself." That does not sound like deflection. That sounds more like a competitor refusing to accept the narrative that his career is winding down. Son scored ten goals in World Cup qualifying. Kim Min-jae is one of the best central defenders in the world at Bayern Munich. Lee Kang-in plays for PSG. This is the most talented South Korean squad ever assembled. Son knows what his team is capable of. On the pther hand, Czechia are back at the World Cup for the first time in twenty years. They qualified by winning two consecutive penalty shootouts. That is not the most comfortable path to a tournament, but they are here. Between the two, we'll see whose stage it is very soon. My name is Ajoje. 🚨 BREAKING: Jamie Carragher blasts FIFA and Canada over Thomas Partey visa controversy "This is an absolute disgrace from a tournament planning point of view. You spend years building towards a World Cup, qualifying, preparing squads, getting everything right — and then something like this happens days before kickoff. It’s just not acceptable at this level of football." "If Thomas Partey is part of Ghana’s plans and has been cleared to be in the squad, then how does it get to a point where a visa issue knocks him out of the opening game against Panama? That’s not football, that’s administration failure." "I don’t care who is responsible — FIFA, Canada, immigration — someone has to take accountability. You cannot tell fans to invest emotionally in a tournament and then allow situations where key players are missing because paperwork wasn’t sorted in time." "At the very least, these issues should be resolved weeks before the first match. It’s unfair on the player, it’s unfair on Ghana, and it damages the integrity of the competition. This is exactly the kind of chaos that should never happen at a World Cup."

Football asks a lot of its players. Sometimes, its demands come in from of broken bodies. Other times, it comes in form of years away from home. But there is one sacrifice it demands quietly, almost invisibly, and it is the one that cuts deepest. Fatherhood. The football tournament calendar does not pause for a birth. And sometimes, national duty and the most intimate moment of a man's life arrive at the same time and force a choice no one should have to make. Emiliano Martínez lived it. During the 2021 Copa América, sealed inside Argentina's football bubble in Brazil, he learned his wife was in labour back in England. He stayed with the team and He missed the birth of his daughter Ava. Then he won the semi-final shootout with the saves that made his name, and only held his child after the trophy was already his. Fabian Delph chose the other path at the 2018 World Cup, leaving England's camp to be present for his daughter's arrival before returning to the squad. Different men. The same impossible position. And now Kim Seung-gyu. The South Korea goalkeeper missed the birth of his first child to prepare for what he says will likely be his final World Cup. He met his daughter through a screen. "I am really sorry that I couldn't be with my wife for the birth," he said. "I want to bring home good results as my presents." Behind every save, a sacrifice we never see. Football man. Bloody hell!

Jonathan David has 39 international goals for Canada. He is playing at his first World Cup tonight. In 1986 Canada played at a World Cup for the first time. They lost all three matches. They in fact did not score a single goal. They came home from Mexico having been outscored 5-0 across three games. They did not qualify again for 36 years. In 2022 they were back. But they were placed with Belgium, Croatia, and Morocco. One of the hardest groups drawn. They went out without winning to. Now its2026. They are co-hosts. They play at home in Toronto tonight. And they have Jonathan David. David plays for Juventus in Serie A. He has 39 goals for Canada. By a significant distance, their all-time leading scorer. He is 26 years old and this is his first World Cup group match. That should not be possible. But until this generation came through, playing for Canada meant your career would likely end without touching the tournament. The infrastructure simply was not there. Alphonso Davies at Bayern Munich, Stephen Eustaquio at Porto, Tajon Buchanan, Alistair Johnston make an entire generation of Canadians playing at the highest level in Europe simultaneously. Something the country had never produced before. Jesse Marsch was hired to take this generation to a World Cup worth remembering. He built his coaching name on high-pressing systems at RB Salzburg and Leipzig. He brought that identity to Canada. Their first match is against Bosnia-Herzegovina who beat Italy in the qualifying play-offs to be here. That alone is a serious achievement. Edin Dzeko, 40 years old, is still their captain. But tonight in Toronto, this could be Canada's moment or Bosnia and Herzegovina. Who knows?   My name is Ajoje. I am a FIFA Licensed Agent and International Sports Lawyer.
