Say what you want but I’m seeing a more ruthless side to Manchester United this summer. It’s not nice to have to force players out but sometimes it’s necessary. In other years they would’ve kept Højlund at the club purely out of sentiment.

@manunitedzone I mean… he insists on staying.. let him stay and see he could prove people wrong this season.. yea last season is not the best season for him but we want Maguire out and he insists to stay to fight for his place and that turn out to work.. might as well see what happen to him

For both parties it makes sense to go separate ways in order to both try & move forward, just hasn’t worked out. Hope he does well in his next move!
