Has anybody had their Brit awards tickets retracted by @_ImperialEvents evidently a sub agent hasn’t come across with tickets

@Andyandyjgreen We have a dedicated portal team to assist with setting up your client portal should you need assistance - instructions were sent to you on the 14th of December and yesterday at 15:10, please check you spam/junk folder. It would be good to check we have the correct details for you

@_ImperialEvents Latest delight is I have to log on to a portal they’ve given me no details of how to do so and they are going to charge late fees. And despite spending thousands with then they absolutely won’t accept phone calls or emails. Total rubbish.
