I just had everything in my shoulder cut, glued, stapled, zip tied and crimped a couple months ago. I go to the Dr tomorrow to see about going back to work. I'm NOT looking forward to how it's going to feel lifting again. Keep it up! The hindrance is just another obstacle that'll make you stronger in the long run

We took an L today. My past shoulder injuries / surgery always finds a way to hinder my progress and it’s so inconsistent the way it affects me! But f it… we ball. 🫡 I’m down to 200 lbs, so I’ll count that as a win. #gym
