Yeah, It doesn't happen in every game, and the system is relatively new. Unfortunately, it's almost impossible to create a perfect system, especially since it's sometimes hard to tell difference between someone having a bad game and someone intentionally feeding. Otherwise, there would be a lot of unjustified bans.
