It seems less effective with a devil like "Ears" where a connection is lacking, but I think there's still a chance Yoru's status as a Horseman might let her remember Chainsawman even if Denji doesn't. What that may mean for the chapter is still anyone's guess though.

I think it may have something to do with the emotional strength of those memories, with Makima it made her his "biggest fan" and Yoru lost one of her closest comrades.

Some notable exceptions to Pochita's erasure are Makima recalling the names of devils she witnessed him fighting and Yoru with Nuclear Arms. There's a certain irony how the only one left to remember Pochita might possibly be the one who wanted to beat him the most.
