@DrGuitar I'm a fan of the Edge as a player. They def have some bangers in the late 80's and early 90's. Several missteps in their "altruism" have tainted many peoples' view of them.

@DrGuitar my buddy plays keys with them. he only has good things to say about them. He talks about how Chris is basically a musicologist and has a very deep knowledge of all kinds of music from various eras.

I love the Black Crowes! I think these 2 brothers are crazy. With all genius there’s madness. I had their first album on cassette tape. To me it’s more straight forward blues rock. Then I had their second album on CD. To me it was much more innovative than the first. They played that regular blues rock to get on our radar. Once they were known they went deeper and more thoughtful IMO. As every band should do. IMO Can’t wait for all the little judges on X to tell me how they’re not perfect humans or some stupid BS that has nothing to do with the art.

My main qualm is with AI is jokesters flooding the zone on DSP with low effort slop. Deeply creative cats will find a meaningful way to use these tools though.
