@MakoHorse @PiesMembership Our tier of membership provides this guarantee. Previously we had an allocated seat at Marvel & MCG Away games. The process changed this year in that we were guaranteed access (to redeem a $0 seat & not having an allocated seat). These seat redemption should have been prioritised

@PiesMembership Re 1: how are we meant to make an informed choice without knowing what the offerings/costings and implications to current packages are? Surely this will need to be provided beforehand so members can make informed decision (assuming membership levels will also be subject to caps)
