Can’t wait for the next four! Thank you to my parents and coaches, I would also like to thank all of my teachers, especially from the IBDP, that have made me a better person and learner which has allowed me to now be able to study at one of the best institutions in the country!

Yesterday a group of @BayPortHS students placed 2,977 flags for the lives lost on September 11th, 2001. Of those 343 firefighters sacrificed theirs lives. We owe it to all who were lost to remember.

A leader's job isn't to just get mad about things but to make things better. Be solution-focused, rather than problem-fixated. Leaders don't have time to be mad when they are spending time making things better. Distractions are what we see when we take our eyes of the goal!!

Getting angry at yourself after making mistakes in games isn’t going to help you play any better, so you might as well stay calm and continue to do the best that you can. Leave your mistakes in the past. Learn from them, move on, and focus on what’s next!
