@betolink True! There’s definitely a hold over from ‘downloaded the data locally’ as an anachronistic way of working. My guess people gain comfort from having a file system-like way of looking at data.

Thinking out loud: I feel like there is a need for a white paper on why moving data is an anti pattern for cloud native workflows. Moving data as in "cp -r \$CLOUD_SOURCE \$ANY_FS_TARGET"
