It's easy to think of Microsoft as a big faceless corporation (guilty 🙋🏻‍♀️) but there are people who are hard at work taking your feedback and making these products better

I'm at a crossroads - I've shared feedback with someone about inclusive behaviour, they ack'd and then continued to do the same thing. I'm trying to be brave and raise the issue again, but I don't want to be that annoying person. I don't feel encouraged. What to do!
