finding out that the reason i remember my childhood foods so fondly is probably bcs my dad addd extra oil/butter to every dish he makes🫠🫠

pasta? oil salad? oil quinoa/rice? butter sauces? butter air fryer foods? oil it’s insane how our entire family isn’t obese w high cholesterol atp😭

only managed to fast 2 days but had under 200cals today so i’m okay w that… only lost around 1/3 of my binge weight so i’m hoping to stat another fast until im back to my lw🫠

tbh restricting has become impossible for me im either fasting or binging there’s not in between anymore

can i just go back and never have gotten an ed or diabetes and just live my life eating when im hungry and not tracking any calorie or macro at all im so jealous of normal ppl

wanting to be skinny so i can make friends but skinny doesn’t make up for a terrible personality and ugly features so really nothing has changed

wanting to be skinny so that people will love me again but causing the people i love stress and pain over my issues making me even more of a nuisance to them
