Yesterday the #PGHoops team made a special trip to Primary Childrens Hospital to visit one of their classmates. Jake Johnston was diagnosed w/ bone cancer in his leg he had a metal rod put in to replace the bone. He has a long road ahead of him we know he can do it! #FightforJake
