So, I’m now trying to read and relax at home while also doing fruit mono to drop at least a few kgs, there is not a single thing going my way and I feel horrendous - inside and outside

I hate the warm weather and how sweaty I become become of the sun, I can’t walk further distances because of my low blood pressure without collapsing in this sun, and my arms are so huge and I don’t want to leave the house with a tshirt, it’s honestly humiliating

hi, it’s me again a small lore drop on why I wasn’t active lately: I had finals at uni, but failed most of them so I’m gonna retake them September, also I’m in a physically AND emotionally the worst place I’ve ever been, genuinely feeling like a balloon with all the weight gain
