always thought an adoption agency would be a huge part of our story...like so close to things that they’d come to celebrate when kids arrive...instead they’ve proven to be a means to an end and will have little to do w the homecoming. It’s really disappointing to say the least.

like is it unreasonable to think that your adoption agency rep could call you after 4pm on Friday or maybe even after YEARS together that they could call you from their cell phone on their drive home?? my job is not near as important and certain clients, etc... have my cell #. 😕
